stainless steel wire mesh pleated filter cartridge is mainly used for large flow conditions. By pleating the filter material to increase the proportion, the maximum filtration area can be achieved in a limited space.
Commonly used pleated filter materials include stainless steel woven mesh. In order to improve the overall strength of the filter element, it is usually supported by a punching plate frame.
Stainless steel pleated filter elements are precision-engineered using stainless steel woven wire cloth or sintered fiber felt as the primary filtration media. Compared to conventional filter elements, they offer excellent mechanical strength, high stability, reusability, and cost efficiency.
