Q1: What is the minimum slot you can make?
A: Our minimum slot can reach 0.02mm (20 micron), precision tolerance ±0.025mm. Fine slots use special V-wire and high-precision welding equipment.
Q2: Can you make custom size and end connections?
A: Yes. We support custom OD, length, thread specification, flange size, welding end, male/female connector according to your drawings.
Q3: Which material should I choose for seawater / acid liquid?
A: For seawater, 316L or duplex stainless steel S32205 is recommended. For strong acid medium, Hastelloy or titanium alloy is available. Please tell us your medium, temperature and PH value, we will recommend suitable material.
Q4: Is wedge wire tube reusable?
A: Yes. It can be cleaned by backwashing, brushing or ultrasonic cleaning, then reused, which greatly reduces replacement cost.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
A: We accept small trial orders. MOQ depends on specification; standard size can support 1 piece sample order.
Q6: How long is your production lead time?
A: Standard stock samples: 1–3 days. Custom products: 7–15 days based on quantity and difficulty.
Q7: What is the difference between wedge wire tube and perforated filter tube?
A: Wedge wire tube has continuous trapezoidal slots, anti-clogging, higher flow rate and better sand control. Perforated tube has round holes, easier to block, suitable for coarse filtration with low flow demand.
Q8: Can you provide inspection certificate?
A: Yes. We can provide material test certificate (MTC), dimension inspection report and outgoing inspection video.
